Cacao and Goji

This is what I'm drinking daily at the moment; Cacao and Goji berry smoothies. Yummy!!!It makes me feel so good. I've also just completed a seven day detox fast in a Spa on Koh Samui, Thailand. That is helping too. No food, just liquid broth and special drinks plus coffee up the backside twice daily. Not for the feint-hearted I tell you.
